Witch Woman aka Crystal Raven

I am a 36 yrs old, witch, artist, wife and mother and reside somewhat in the country with my wonderful husband of 15 years, five children (though one has left the nest and returned to the big city) and three cats. We have nicknamed our family The Chaos Crew.

I am Bi-Polar Type 1, and also have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Dysmorphia (BDD) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).I was also diagnosed as having a brain tumor not long ago. Due to all this, I am no longer allowed to work, which has its pro's and con's, and I am not quite comfortable with it all as yet.

I was born and raised in Toronto and managed to escape 29 years later. I was raised by my single, lesbian, perscription-drug-addicted mother, in what is refered to as a "project" also known as low-income-housing.

In college I majored as a Law Clerk but I never actually worked as a law clerk but a mail clerk/receptionist. Outside of college I started to take informal art classes in watercolours and eight years ago I found The Path, or rather it found me.

I decided to start blogging, because although I may not be the wisest person, or have the most interesting things to say, or know any celebrities, my sharing may at least make someone, somewhere, feel not so alone.
